We often think of trauma as a certain event that happens and has a profound impact on our well-being. But what about when you’re stuck in a constant conflict with no resolution in sight? Uncertainty trauma happens during the shifts in our life and can result in additional shame and masking. It’s also where microaggressions show up quite often!
Treisha shares some examples of uncertainty trauma related to the church and what that means for families and provides tools and ideas for breaking out of the uncertainty loop.
